Default Phubar's Phriday Night Pulled Pork Phor Chuuuch Pron

I had a porkneck still in the Phreezer Phor a while and Dennessey asked me a while back when I was going to smoke it.

2 days ago I bought 3 more,I asked Mom iPh she has catering service next sunday in Church so I can Phill the UDS up.

The Phirst pics are gunk and cleaned up UDS Bottom,haven't cleaned it since 2-3-4 months ago...I really don't know when the the last time it was when I scraped the bottom and cleaned the ashtray.

I also borrowed Dennessey's chimney starter to test it out.

It is now almost 00.10,gonna start in a Phew minutes...more pics to Phollow!

Might be the cameras whitebalance is set to indoor/fluorescent.

My thoughts exactly. I did a real good job of aligning on last cook and temps were more consistent and far less ash...only way to fly.

I'm also waiting to phinished pron...how could it not be good!
