Moo&Oink bones...
Cooking for a gathering today. It’s a crab boil. So I’m bringing land flesh. 4 plates Short beef bones and 6slabs pork baby backs (and some kosher dogs... I’m by no means kosher but they are great cooked on the pit).
The way I see it meat candy on a stick beats sea candy stuck inside the stick... we’ll see if I can remember to keep posting but we are off to a fine start... local maple and imported hickory wood. The LSG seems to like 300 today. Let’er rip...

Didn’t eat a single crab...
 too full of beef ribs... immediate nap upon return home. I wreck some lobster but don’t find crab worth the effort... to each their own.All had a good time and by reports crab was good as well...
