Picked up some nice ribeyes for dinner Saturday. Served it up with twice fried french fries, brussel sprout slaw with bacon lardons and a mushroom wine and cream sauce. Turned out pretty well.

I was all on board until you covered that beautiful steak in fungus! Otherwise, great work! :wink:

And here I thought I was the only one that did not like fungi! (better known as "shrooms") Other wise, the rib eyes look just like I like them.... Remove the "Moo" and serve them up.
