Default I don't know how I could get any lazier than this.

So, for the "Lazy Man Meals" throwdown I brought the Vortex out of retirement.
I quit using it a few years ago because cooking on it kinda left me out of the process.
But for shear laziness I figured some Vortex wings were in order.
And with a purchased rub? What could be lazier. Thanks Oakridge BBQ
Add a small pan of frozen tots and it's a real deal.

Heck I was too lazy to even salt the tots...

And so lazy that I only took three pictures.

Turned out pretty good for the lack of effort that I put into it.
Dishes to wash were practically none

And that's it. Lazy cooking at it's laziest.

Looks great. And we’ll played on that high-end Okie China.

I'm surprised you even turned the wings or tots.

I was going to say the same thing about being too lazy to do the dishes, but you nailed it all the way around! Nice job.

I'd take that lazy meal any day. I'm with you on the vortex taking you out of the equation, but it's so darned easy I haven't had a cook on the kettle without it since I got it. A 5 yr old could make perfect wings and thighs with that thing.
