Well, my name is Matt. I’m a retired USAF electrician, originally from OH and I’ve been smoking delicious meats on and off for at least 10yrs.

I had been using a MasterBuilt propane cabinet smoker, which as served me well. But, I really wanted to upgrade to smoke larger and multiple types of meat at the same time, so I bought a Char-Griller Pro offset, along with some improvement parts from bbqsmokermods.com to seal it up.

I hope to gain some more recipes and tips to improve my smokin skills.
