No big deal, I just want to hear how it performs. Bought a used Blackstone (28”) a couple of months back but feel it’s time to upgrade to a bigger size.

I'll probably grill some sausage and portobello mushrooms tonight and garlic buttered shrimp tomorrow. On Sunday I'm going to get two of the biggest pork shoulders I can find. I need to stock up on pulled pork for winter. I'm not a fan of smoking in freezing temps although I have a few times.

Tonite was Cavenders bscb, garlic and herb red skins and Marzetti dressed salad with bananas and walnuts. Fast and simple. Highly flavorful! Saturday I’m whippin’ out the TriTip. No plans for Sunday as it’s supposed to be stormy here in North Pit, Fl.

Somewhere there's a lamb with a limp.
Picked up a couple small leg-o-lamb roasts tonight

Plans are changing for the better!
Chicken this evening. They (the chicken pieces) are marinating at the moment (in a marinade of garlic, ginger, madam jeanet chili's, cilantro, fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves).

That marinade sounds really good.

Doing chicken boneless breasts and thighs for the first time in a few weeks. Plan on a little over an hour at 265. Overnight brine is soy, water, sugar, salt, and oil. Real simple but good lawd is it good.

First time trying out the Oakridge Secret Weapon.

LETS GO BEARS!!!
