I have made Malcolm's burnt ends several times, the don't last long. Separate the batch and freeze some, you will be glad later. Spread out the cholesterol.

I should've been more clear - I followed his recipe (also got me his AP rub and the BH Tennessee Red sauce which IMO mixes well with pulled pork).
