Default Hasselback chicken

What!? I never heard of it before either but I saw a recipe and decided to try it. We have a break in the feeder bands in Biloxi so I pulled Joe Classic under the overhang on the back patio and fired it up.

Thin sliced bell peppers and onions in slits in skinless breasts. Calls for taco seasoning but you go with what ya got. Garlic infused olive oil and some rosemary sage garlic seasoning and in the fridge to chill.

Libations for the cook and let Joe get happy.

I think I found the same recipe. She had an amusing site, like 4 ideas that she just tweaks over and over. We enjoyed the dish, it was a nice changeup.

We’ve got a shrimp artichoke garlic sauce to go with on some rice. Maybe try the taters next time.

Wow. That looks delicious.

Never thought of transferring the Hassle of 'tater lore to chicken. I'll have to tweak mine a bit due to the Boss' dislike of cooked bell peppers, but I'm right with you!

You folks ate well tonight!
