Never entered a Throwdown before, but I cooked a Chrismas breakfast casserole on my GMG Daniel Boone, so I thought I would post a couple of pics here.

In the Daniel Boone.

Finished product.

I know it says 1 pic so use either one; not like this is going to win anything. I just took pics of the cook for the pooper thread and figured I would post it here also. Let me know if I did it right.

Hmm, should have looked at this before. Cooked Christmas morning on the blackstone. Nothing super exciting -- bacon, hash browns and French toast. Still, pretty good way to start the day

Wrong pic for finished product. I noticed the cheese wasn't melted. Here is the right pic.

A couple of weeks ago I found a shop that makes proper bangers, so this throwdown was perfect. Please accept this as my entry.

Here is everything on the weber kettle. Muffin tin omelettes, potatoes, and bangers.....

Here it is plated with tea and juice. ENTRY PHOTO...
