We bought a side of grass fed beef last week, and I had the butcher save me the brisket. Turns out it was pretty thin and likely to be very dry if I smoked it.

Decided to test the new grinder attachment for the Hobart. Worked great, ground brisket burgers for dinner.

I have a Hobart that looks pretty similar to that, and pretty sure I have that same exact grinder head. I bought it to replace the Hobart grinder attachment, because I prefer the stainless. I have ground a lot of meat through both, and that one works every bit as good as the Hobart one. Don't ever use it anymore, because that Hobart mixer is a beast to move around. I just can't get rid of it, because it is so awesome.

Yup. Spec sheet says it weighs in the neighborhood of 250 lbs, takes two people to maneuver it.
