Injected with Oakridge Game Changer

Dusted with Albukirky Red and Green Chile rubs next

Wrapped the breasts with bacon then a final coat of Ancho rub from Albukirky

High heat indirect

Made roasted garlic and black truffle mashed taters :nod:

Right before coming off

Made a nice bed with the garlic and truffle mash

Laid these bacon wrapped babies in their bed :hungry:

This is the least treatment chicken breast should get
