After making 40 racks of ribs last weekend, going to take it easy this weekend. Got a chuck roast to smoke, and may fire off some wings.

Undecided...gonna be a day cook/smoke though if I do. My Saturday is shot, but I got Sunday to mess around. I have whole chicken, and a rack of pork spares....Rotisserie or Beer Can on the kettle; and/or rack of ribs on the pellet to continue with my experiments.

Today is my wife’s 60th bday, and Sunday is our 40th anniversary, so today is going to be a creole shrimp n grits dish.
Saturday is going to be individual pizzas from the Ooni for our murder mystery game with family.
Sunday and Monday is TBD.

Got some halibut a Phriend caught in Alaska, and some skrimps I caught in the Phrozen section at Costco. Gotta come up with something else for lePhtovers to reheat through the week.

Happy Phriday and weekend to Phu and crew and all y'all Pharkers!

Just pulled a brisket off the pellet smoker about an hour ago. Tomorrow - nothing. Sunday, either a chicken or a pork loin on the kettle, bread in the MB.
