Snow? And close to SC's coast?
I live about 45 min away from the coast of SC (Myrtle Beach) so we rarely get snow (1st time in 4 years). However, when it comes the world shuts down, but cooking must continue. Friday all schools were virtual and by afternoon all businesses were shttuing it down.
The RT 590 still had work to do. Cooked a pre-marinated (Roasted herb and garlic) pork tenderloin. Seared on the grill grates and cooked at 350*. It was delicious and moist. Paired it with Red Beans and Rice and yams. RT ran like a beast in the sleet/frozen rain. Wife didn't care for the texture (spongy from enhancements so put hers on a skillet to tighten it up (the things you do for love). Woke up next morning to about 1/2" of snow on top of all the ice. Wife and I decided to do some grits, bacon, and toast before playing in the Snow with Mini me. Mini me first time playing in snow, building first snow man, and making her first snow angel. Great weekend! Thanks for looking. Sent from my SM-A215U using Tapatalk
