Default Pork TD And Then Some

Evening Ladies and Gents,

Pork TD going down here:

https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/s...d.php?t=274174

Finally got some time to myself to participate so here goes it

Duroc spares from Creekstone

Nothing but the finest AKA Oakridge Dominator touching these ribs

On the 26

Since this is a pork TD it's righteous to do beans but infused with pork

Of course rubbed with Oakridge Chile Lime

Some smoke treatment first

Sautee'd onions

Sorry but canned beans this time

Got the JJ set up for something extra

About enough smoke for the shoulder steaks

Straight into the beans

Beans about done

Ribs about go get wrapped

Oh and some Picanha to balance all this porking What the JJ is for

STAY TUNED!!!!!!!!!

Looking good, I've had those ribs, with that rub, and they are righteous. I wouldn't expect anything less from you though.

Mushy beans, overdone ribs, way underdone Picanha..

Just in case you get tired of all the glowing reviews.
