Finally got a break from the rain and took the chance. Cured the bacon last week and had to wrap for several days. Thawed the duck and had to hold for several days. But it all turned out just right.
Dinner (early) was duck; red cabbage; and roasted veggies. Saving the bacon for tomorrow's lunch wit the fried dick liver.
Have enough bacon to last a while.
First time for smoking duck and I like it. Thanks for looking.

Dammit. I don't believe I did that. Why did they have to put the I right next to the U. Then again, it may be my fat fingers. LOL Thanks for the response and heads up.
