Default Meatballs on the drum

I was hungry for meatballs but couldn't decide what kind to make. So I made three kinds.

The first one is veal with one egg, Worcestershire sauce, onions, beef bouillon, onion powder, seasoned salt and bread crumbs.

The second was beef, green chili sauce, egg and scallions.

The third were beef, red chili sauce, egg and scallions.

green chili, veal and red chili meatballs..

into the BPS drum...

I made a green chili meatball taco...

and a red chili meatball taco...

They were pretty tasty!

Then the next day I made onion rings in beer batter..

and veal meatball sliders...

I didn't have a favorite, I liked them all.

Thanks for looking!

I am a meatball lover! Those look awesome. I just can't resist throwing in a little fresh Parmesan when I make them..... Very nice.

Those look great.

I do have a question for you, how in the heck do you keep that custom drum grate looking so nice all of the time! I know you use it.

Thank you Bucc! I'm having photobucket troubles..not sure why but they come out blurrier than the original.

Thanks!! The grate is pretty much seasoned like cast iron. I burn it off either before a cook or after and use a grill brush on it if needed. I still love the thing.
