Another entry for the Wrapped Throwdown
Kid is up visiting and was craving fajitas, so what would any good parent do? Make fajitas.
Run to the store for the fixins' Marinade the meat in a spice mix along with a goodly amount of worcestershire sauce, then get it onto the griddle. After a couple mins, add the veggies. Bring it indoors so that smell will kick in the mouth watering. Load up the wrap. This will be the official photo as I didn't take any of the insides once wrapped. Serve with some queso tortilla chips and Tapatio sauce on the side. Thanks for looking.
