New Guy from Coastal Mississippi
Hey everyone! I am a long-time lurker that finally decided to subscribe. My joy is outdoor cooking - I have been a boy scout leader off and on since 2008, and would consider myself a connoisseur of cast iron cooking.
I have a pellet smoker (RecTec RT-680) that I have used a couple of times a month for the last 6 years, but am wanting to graduate up to an actual stick burner. Thinking something like a Mill Scale 94 or Fat Stack 120. I have been reading everything I can on this site as I work towards making that decision. I am also wanting to install my dream outdoor kitchen that will include an argentine grill, pizza oven, etc - so I look forward to getting everyone's thoughts as I start to work on that project. I am happy to be here, and I look forward to the discussions! |
