Default Some kind of "Sirloin"

So Nellie picked up some steaks and put them in a dish for me to season. I asked what they were and she said some kind of “Sirloin”. Seasoned with some “BPS” steak rub.
Went for our usual Sunday morning walk at the arboretum this week with Short Stuff before her mom picked her up early afternoon. She decided to try the exercise stations while we did a few laps.

Onto the 18”, no diffuser.

Plated up with some red beans and rice.

Thanks for looking

Well, I'd usually rave about the sirloin, but since I'm on a keto diet I'm TOTALLY in that RICE!!!!

Food looks great!... You really need to lay off the Miracle Grow sprinkle on Short Stuff's feet at night.
