Hi all! I have been burning meat for a lot more years than I like to admit. I finally bought a Traeger Texan and I love it. I have experimented with ribs, pulled pork, steaks, briskets, and making Pastrami. I love cooking with pellets. I added a smoke generator and it improves the outcome lots. Looking forward to learning and sharing on the BBQ Brethren Forum.:wacko:
