Default Plowboy/HoDeDo Chicken

Got some great chicken tips from Andy this weekend. Didn't change my score from the week before, but I've got something to grow on. Presentation was improved: 9,9,8,8,8. Tenderness was lower: 8,8,8,7,7. Taste was about the same: 9,8,8,7,7
