Default stacking meat in vertical smokers

Guys with vertical smokers, how do you stack you meat? Beef on top of pork then chicken? Please let me know. I have a big family get together and just checking. Or maybe it does not matter.

Pretty much exactly what you stated : beef on top, pork in the middle, and chicken on the bottom. Sometimes I'll use a "left vs right" stack where I'll have all my pork on the left side of the racks, and all my beef on the right side.

Chicken ALWAYS goes on the bottom rack.

The only caveat to this is cooking in pans to catch the drippings.
