Loved it all except for the flies that attacked the uncovered raw meat. I suppose it could be done in a conventional oven after searing if you don't have grapevine cuttings and iron box.

Well I'm glad you posted it here, Jeanie! That mushroom-flap-tipped water wheel rotisserie gadget is quite impressive and effecient.

And those little chickens he cooked on it remind me of the chickens that I used to(and Sako still does) buy at local LA Armenian markets. Best chickens ever!

I'm don't remember seeing the chickens here, but I'd like to try some of my home grown, home flavored game hens. :-D
