Did a brisket last night to make some freezer space (which I then filled today with another brisket; $1.39/lb (limit one with $25 purchase at Tom Thumb)).

Working Sunday night so will celebrate Father's Day with my son at 903 Brewers tomorrow. Daughter is in San Antonio this weekend and says she'll bring me some kolaches from West.

Hinted for a Vortex and if one doesn't show up will be ordering one.

Threw some sirloin on the gasser tonight with some stuffed portobello's and saute onions side of Couscous. Dont know whats next but, something will pop up that just needs some fire and smoke under it.

So far the only thing smoking this weekend is our water heater in the garage! So off to Lowe’s then swing by Sams Club to check on some prime beef or Tri tips.
