Happy phriday Dr Phu...dudes and dudette!!!......start on outdoor kitchen next week hopefully....Sis coming in from out of town so not much cooking.....first breath of fall came last night....oh my how wonderful..!!!!!!!!!!....ya’ll have a great....safe ....weekend!!!

Fall is here and the cold weather is creeping up. Time for chili. I'm doing Malcolm Reed's smoked chili recipe (again). Technically I did it yesterday, made 8qts in my dutch oven so I will have some to freeze. I used 5lbs of chuck roast and 1lb of hot breakfast sausage. His recipe is excellent.

Something bland. Last cancer treatment Thursday kinda kicked my backside. Been rainy here so good chili makin' weather but pretty sure my stomach won't think that's a good idea.
