Default Trailer Smoker Storage

Hey all,

I was wondering where you folks with trailer smokers keep them if you live in home edition or housing community. I searched the forum but didn't find much of what I'm looking for.

Sometimes a local storage facility will have spaces for boats, campers, etc.

You may want to check that out.

Public storage parking spot for me. Had mine in an enclosed unit, but couldn't justify the additional $100 per month.

Is it an open or enclosed trailer? I'm lucky enough that I have enough room in my garage for my open trailer smoker..... I have 20ft to play with and I live in a deed restricted community.

I live in a deed restricted community . I put my trailer smoker in my back yard with in my fence. I have had several encounters with the HOA . One of them stating I can not have my BBQ smoker in my yard due to it is on a trailer which has wheels . So I went to HOA court to fight the violation. Which they said I could not have any BBQ in my yard if it has wheels . Well I countered back and said " So everyone and Myself can not have a gas grill in my yard since all Gas Grills have wheels" . Well all I got to say is I won that one and have no more issues . Even though I have 2 trailer smokers , 2 - 22.5 WSM and a gas grill in the back yard .

Way to stand up for what's right against the stupidity of the over governed HOA's!

Thanks everyone. This is some good advice. I'm gonna check with the public storage places that are literally around the corner from my house. :-)
