Had the snowstorm not interrupted my plans I was thinking of finding 5 or 6 lamb chops and cook them like mini t-bones.

Default Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in a Bacon Weave

This is my first entry in the special "Kettle Cook-Off" throwdown.

I cooked a couple tenderloins for the "Eatin' High On The Hog" throwdown and decided to go for the two-fer.

Here's the cook thread: https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/s...d.php?t=290578

Please use the second pic for the judging.

Yep, that's a downstream design of the original Weber prototype ↑↑↑↑ which was inspired from a buoy, like a navigation buoy.

Dang, this is turning into a serious kettle cook-off Throwdown!

My second TD entry is from a WSJ cook of four days ago. These are beef tenderloin steaks. HERE is the link to my cooks thread in Q-Talk. And this pit-cam-shot is my entry #2.
