Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match.
Boiling Brine?
I was followin a brine recipe and it said to take the brine off the fire immediately when it started boiling, i forgot about it and 10 min. later i took it off. Can this be an issue for the nitrates?
Does anyone have a reason not to use it?
