Greetings from Montana
Hey Folks,
I've been lurking for a while and just joined up. Looks like there's a TON for me to learn. Currently at the skill level of using my old Weber 22.5" for indirect cooking, have experimented with lump charcoal, and can smoke up some incredible salmon on my Big Chief (just moved from SE Alaska - used to smoke LOTS of salmon). Thinking about a MAK 2 as my next step down the path of financial ruin and distraction. -Dave |
