Default Chicken & Sausage Gumbo for Cold Weather!!!!

All right! The recent Gumbo posts here inspired me to take advantage of the cold and rainy weather to make some cold weather comfort food. "First you make a Roux!"

This was based on a basic Gumbo recipe found here https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/...-gumbo-3645600

The main difference is that I used a super-rich home made chicken stock, and I cooked the Roux for at least 45 minutes until it was a very dark brown. Delicious!!!
