Default Salisbury Steak Burger!!

I have fallen in love with these beer can burgers....

Sauteed some shrooms onion and garlic in the skillet

Here's the burgers stuffed and bacon wrapped

Onto the OTG indirect with a chunk of mesquite for some smoke

Topped with cheddar and a slice of smoked provolone

Onto a piece of toast and topped with mashed taters and gravy!
