Pig Shots are little "shot" glasses made by wrapping a 1/2 slice of bacon around a disc of sausage (about 1/3"-1/2" thick):
and then filled with something flavorful (a quart Ziploc bag with a corner cut off works great for this): and often topped with something (I use a mix of brown sugar, cayenne powder, chili powder, and BBQ rub but have seen nuts, sauces, etc...): and then cooked (I cook them indirect at 280-320 degrees for about 70-90 mins) until the bacon is done to your liking: Thanks everyone for the compliments!
