Whenever I feel the need to "impress" my better half, my go to is filet mignon topped with piri piri butter and served with "mutha" sauce and a fresh garden greens salad tossed in orange champagne vinaigrette, with fresh fruit, dried cranberries, Spanish cheeses and candied nuts, and garlic-parmesan potato crowns.

Please consider this for entry into the throwdown.
