Default Fastest brisket you ever cooked?

What is the fastest a brisket has ever cooked for you? So far I'm two hours in on a 10.5# brisket and probe is showing I'm already at 138 degrees. On track to be the fastest a brisket has ever got done for me. Running a temp of 275 with brisket on top shelf.

It will be interesting to see how long the stall last. I'm pretty sure this is the fastest I will have gotten to the stall.

Too many variables. I really trim down so not a ton of fat between deckle and flat. Surprisingly had two ~12# after trimmed finish on the Hunsaker in less then 4 hours at 300*. Never had a chance to wrap. They were 180+ when I probed at 3 hours. So I let em ride. Turned out great.
