Well count me in too! Here's my PBJ ..Pit Barrel Jimmy fully eqipped with an built in ash catcher, grill, River Country therm, multiple grates, meat hanging apparatus, Weber style intakes,holy heat diffuser, ball valve for auto controller, sear mode vent, and SS/porcelain finishes.



I sure appreciate my PBJ!

Maybe 3 ' but I'd have to measure. You can kinda gauge by my avatar pic sitting next to the King Big Poppa.

Perfect height for 2 levels and to hang ribs etc..

Ditto on the heavy duty foil on the bottom. Just fold it up toss it in the trash and you are done ... no chains .. no pans ... no nuthin' ... I'm not too creative ... only lazy ..

Default 10 pound butt and fatty yesterday

Held average of 275 degrees for 11 hours,

Just put the fatty on. The butt has been on for a little over three hours. I love my PBC,
