Default Beef back ribs on mini-UDS

2nd day of 'distance learning' here in MN and it is really nice outside...much too nice to stay in front a computer all day.

Did a quick freezer-dive and found some beef back ribs. Took advantage of the recent Oakridge sale and am trying the Black Ops brisket rub today. Using Cowboy lump and cherry chunks.

Got the mini-UDS to temp, rub em down and threw em on. Should be done for supper.

Cheers,

Excellent!
Yesterday and today are beautiful. No distance thing for me. Road construction must go on(Surveyor with MnDot), I will say it's kind of pleasant on the freeways, Hwy 5 today at the airport I only saw 2 or 3 planes and the roads are pretty empty.
I bet they turn out awesome.

Looking good so far! That mini UDS looks cool. I've got some black ops from that sale that I need to try soon. I have a rack of short ribs in the freezer that I think is calling out for that treatment

Nuts...ribs are done and potatoes aren't even on yet! Wrap and rest, have a beer.
