Default Pork chops and butter beans

Threw some Oakridge Santa Maria on a few chops, after church and cooked them at 300° on the Pitboss 820. Cooked some butter beans for the first time starting about 7:30 this morning on low...family liked both. The beans may become a regular?

Nice! I have a couple chops going on in a bit. How did you like the SM with the chops?

I thought it was really good! It might be what I use on them from now on when I am not smoking them. I want to try some Carne Crosta on one some time to see if it makes it rock.
