BIG thank you to pitmaster T (pr0n)
A recently read a fellow brethren's thread on "bite through" ribs. I saw pitmaster t's video on high heat, 'weeping' 'pig honey' and best of all, some kick butt soul music.
What an education! My ribs were juicy (but NOT AT ALL greasy) and tender as all get out. Thank you pitmaster T, today was a good day. |

Congrats, great looking ribs! I bet that Texan Pitmaster-T guy learned to cook like that from Aaron Franklin.
