Brisket practice run, rub test
3 briskets, 3 different rubs, same injection. 3 flats and one point. The rubs are BPS money, cash cow, and SM peppered cow. Alcinjected wih Butchers late last night.
Any guesses on which will be the crowd favorite? |

I've heard great things about the SM peppered cow so that's what I'll say. Of course it's all subjective

I would also say peppered cow. I usually do a layered with cash cow first followed by the peppered cow.

Overall it wasn’t a great cook. The questions t hand was answered though.
Peppered cow, hands down. Had a Justin table set up, it was unanimous. Last edited by CentralOhioBBQ; 06-06-2018 at 01:20 PM.. |
