Default Kill Grilla Stainless Steel grates for Kettle grills

Anyone have any experience with the Killa Grilla stainless steel grates? I'm thinking of getting the one for the 22" kettle.
Any shared experiences would be appreciated.

Cheers!

True 304 SS grates will last forever, I got this grate like 4 days ago.

1 pound lighter, still the bars were twice as thick as the stock weber grate (though I actually wish they were thin, I like radiant heat giving an all over sear, and not just thin bars of color.) Very easy to clean, and it spins on the kettle much easier then stock. The price is MUCH better. I just let them know I needed it for a kettle, so they can shave off the little nubs that make it fit Hunsaker drums.

Yes it doesn't flip up to add fuel, but I never used that feature anyway, if need be, I just remove the grate with food on it, no big deal.

I have some for my 22" WSM and they are hefty. I will replace other grates in future as needed with these. Mark, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions.

I got a Killa Grilla grate for my dad's vintage 22 and was so impressed with the build quality, I bought one for my old Flat Top 26. He and I both love them!

Thanks for the link. This looks like an excellent alternative at half the cost. Doesn't have the hinged section of the killagrila model, but I think I can live with that.

Cheers!

I've had been using one of their grates for over 2yrs now (mine flips up both sides)and will never have to buy another grate again. 1/4" 304 SS round bar is almost indestructible.
