It's an egg-washed puff pastry twists. it's sort of light like a crossant yet a tiny bit chewey with all the in cheese and tamoto baked in. I also made baby mushrooms in garlic butter to go with it.

The eggs are a bit plain and thats because I wanted the cheese and tomato roll and the steak to do the talking. I think it worked.

Considered adding bell peppers for color but that may have been a bit much for breakfast in their tiny tummy's.
