Looks tasty, what kind of flavors you using on the meats? My wifes great grandfather was from Wales, is there a quintessential welsh bbq/grill dish I could make her?

Just a standard bbq sauce........

Not sure on a quintessential welsh bbq grill, but us welsh do like our lamb........so you could bbq up some nice lamb chops, topped off with some fresh mint sauce.

Hopefully you know how to make fresh mint sauce lol
