Default Cedar planked wild sockeye

I'm sure you folks have seen your share of salmon on a plank, but heres one more. And a novice tip of mine so one can look and cook without removing the lid off webers. I just use my high power flashlight to look through a vent hole, and peep in with an eye, with 4 holes up top one can get a good view of things. I do wear glasses, so don't go searin your peepers gazing forever if you don't have eye protection.
Just salt, pepper and cedar.

Man that looks good. I love salmon. Finding fresh at times is difficult this far South. Outstanding

Man, that looks good. Sockeye is the absolute best salmon out there. And you did it in a true Northwest fashion. Not a lot of stuff on it to smother the taste of the fish.
