Default Reverse Sear Ribeye and Baked Potato With Hash

I went by Kroger today intending to get a few strips which they were out of so I compromised with some ribeyes which were on sale. I also scored two really nice briskets for $2.39/lb. I reversed seared the ribeyes on my Weber Genesis which has become my preferred way of cooking steaks.

Nothing fancy on the steaks, just salt and pepper. Cook them at about 250 until they got to an internal temp of ~115 then took them off, fired up all the burners and seared them for a little over a minute per side.

Made some hash to go along with the baked potatoes. Bacon, jalopenos, onions, and mushrooms. This stuff is easy to make and hard to beat.

Enjoyed some of these while cooking.

This turned out to be rather delicious.

That looks great! Might have to steal the hash idea!

One of my buddies in college got me turned on to it. It's the best thing ever for potatoes and really easy to make.
