Hello Everyone,
I am a beginning smoker; aspiring novice. On the meet up site, I set up a a group called "Brooklyn Queens BBQ Smokers". We are having our premiere meeting on May 10th at John Brown's Smokehouse in Long Island City Queens. Would love to have the support of some local brethren to join.
Just want a good time for all, to eat copious amounts of smoked meat while talking bout Q techniques & Q trips we have taken.
