Inside of your Primo looks much cleaner than mine...do you do high heat maintenance burn offs from time to time?

I did the 500 for 30 minute self clean guessing 4-6 weeks ago when I changed the gasket. I seldom go over 400 degrees. Almost everything I cook is between 225 and 285 in the Primo. I don’t cook pizza.
