Right against the spillway. Water would exit the spillway and you should be good. The real bad flooding is west of this area. It's only gone over the spillway 2 or 3 times in the last 40 -50 years.

9 Days and 22 Hours till The Texas BBQ Brethren Fall Bash!
I fired up the R&V Deep Fryer yesterday for a test drive on a few tots. Wow!
I must admit, I've been cooking on most of my other gear this past year.
I forgot how much I enjoy cooking with it.
Are you ready for the Bash?

No worries! The Texas BBQ Brethren Bash is rain or shine!!
With the large pavilion there is plenty of room under roof.

Last year we had the smokers pretty much next to the pavilion.

And we can get closer if we need to.
Are you ready for the Bash?

Only problem will be the ground being too Soft to pull the smokers in after PJTexas tears their fence out again.............
Don’t wanna get a truck stuck or rut up the place.........

Isn't it legal to shoot locks off of gates to cook bbq in Texas?

We backed them down the sidewalk by hand the first year. May have to do that again.

Amen Paul. When I was in bootcamp in the USAF in San Antonio Got to see it first hand. A local told me, "There's nothing between Texas and the North Pole except a barbwire fence".
