Smoked an on sale turkey just after holidays then picked an put in freezer. Bride saw it searching for walleye. She asked me to step back, she's cooking. Hot turkey burned bottom buttered biscuit.

BBB -That’s actually by design. She removed hers as normal and put mine back in the oven till bottoms are quite toasted. Biscuit cooked to well done. Perfect
