The Red Sauce is pretty damned good too, have a bottle of that in my cupboard too.

Haven't tried the Yellow Sauce as I'm not a big fan of mustard based sauces. I've tried a few, but have never been a fan.

The "Yellow Sauce" to me, does not have a dominating mustard flavor. It's a sweet-tangy sauce with a mild mustard back flavor that helps to balance everything out with the savory element of mustard. It's great on wings and grilled pork chops. I would buy it by the gallon / half-gallon just to use on my chicken wings at my favorite wing place if the sold it as such. But for now they have to order another brand in gallon jugs to keep on hand for my orders.

Worst case scenario is that if you don't like it as a BBQ sauce, it makes a great dipping sauce, or thin it with a little vinegar and it makes a great honey mustard dressing / vinaigrette.

I had a couple bottles of this stuff before official release, and I can say with certainty having used all the other major competitive sauces that this one is a winner. I plan to use it at my competition next month matter of fact.

We could work that out :) We have it in gallon jugs that we'd be happy to ship!
