Well now you got me thinking about stuffed and weaved fatties. I've always been a nekked fatty guy, more out of laziness than anything else. But I can see that on a biscuit real easy. I've got some hi temp cheddar for sausage making - that could be an interesting thing to try. Nicely done, Tom! :clap2:

Tom, Hotch who is the Fatty King of Texas told me at one of the Bashes that they take their fattys up to 160*. Just an FYI. Would also be interested to get cowgirls take.
